Tracsis Events understand the importance of guest experience and incorporate this into our planning for a venue, working closely with our retail partners to ensure arrival, parking and exit is a smooth experience for all guests.

What we do

Tracsis Events is proud to support designer outlets and retail centres across the UK. These include some of the largest centres in the UK who can experience over 27 million local, national and international visitors annually.

Tracsis Events offer a bespoke service to each client with the amount of cover for existing clients ranging from only peak periods, to every weekend, to 364 days a year depending on their requirements. The number of staff deployed is also bespoke and can range from as little as 4 up to 60 members of staff who cover a wide range of roles and responsibilities.

We have supported our existing clients by increasing turnover of customer parking spaces, providing consultation services during construction design periods and providing dynamic traffic management to increase vehicle and pedestrian flows.

Each space at Cheshire Oaks outlet was used 3.8 times per day over the Christmas week in 2023.

Over a peak period one centre had 9 hours of over 1100 cars entering into a site with only 3.5k spaces without causing major traffic issues in the surrounding area.

Complaints about traffic, from visitors and local and businesses residents have dropped significantly since taking over.

By ensuring increased traffic flow and optimising car parking availability we enable the retail centre to increase the revenue generated, improves the customer experience and the likelihood of returns.
