The Open Golf Championships covers a seven-day period made up of 3 Practice and 4 Championship Days attracting an international crowd of upwards of 45,000 people per event day

Our team included 3 specifically trained PATO motorcyclists on patrol to ensure that we could respond promptly to incidents and 41 experienced, fully trained, vetted and Merseyside accredited personnel to cover 25 points spanning a 35km²
