Many congratulations to one of our staff, Rachel, who completed the Total Warrior course in Kendal last weekend and came the 19th woman to cross the finish line out of around 2500 competitors!
Competitors put themselves through 30 punishing obstacles, 10 tonnes of ice and 100 tonnes of mud!
Before Rachel got her running shoes on, others took a more sedate approach to the Total Warrior build-up.
