This list is designed to act as a guide in assisting you to plan work with the company for the entire season, joining our fantastic onsite teams in delivering car parking and admissions services to a wide range of events.

Who to contact
Our events are listed with either HMY or COV at the beginning to denote which office is responsible for booking an event. To hear shift options and event details, like whether there is onsite camping and event access, simply call the staffing team.

Our HMY team are based at High Moor Yard, North Yorkshire. For bookings relating to HMY events, you can call 01423 326622.

Our COV team are based in Coventry. For COV events, you can book in by calling 01676 549001.

When to book in
Some events listed will not be open for booking yet. You can see what is currently open by checking your profile, on the My Events tab. As a general rule, COV will open bookings 7 weeks prior to the event’s start date.
